1 Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to users ("you" or "user") of the bab8 platform and website bab8.cam ("Platform"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between bab8 ("we", "Company") and you.

By registering for, accessing, or using the bab8 platform, you are giving your full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published on the website will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account with bab8, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• You must not reside in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete.
• You may hold only one account.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

A user may not create more than one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device or IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bab8 reserves the right to verify your identity and information at any time. You may be asked to provide a national ID card, passport or other documents for verification purposes. We reserve the right to place withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.

3 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum amounts and approved methods for making deposits on bab8 are listed below:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 — applicable for all methods.
• Approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• Funding a deposit from illegal or third-party sources is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following policies apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if active bonus wagering requirements have not been completed.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

bab8 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing in line with international standards. If suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities and may suspend or close the account involved.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A 15x (fifteen times) wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be met first.
• Each promotion can be claimed only once per user, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus abuse through multiple accounts or the use of proxies will result in cancellation of the bonus.
• bab8 reserves the right to modify bonus terms or cancel any bonus at any time.
• If a bonus offer is not used within its validity period, it will be automatically cancelled.

4.3 VIP Program

The bab8 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier. bab8 reserves the right to change VIP tier benefits and policies.

5 Platform Usage Rules

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bab8 platform:

• Fraud, deception or any form of dishonest conduct.
• Use of automated bots, scripts or unauthorised software.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Hateful, threatening or offensive communications.
• Claiming bonuses or rewards through fraudulent means.

5.2 Betting Rules

All bets are final once placed and cannot be changed. If a bet is accepted incorrectly due to a technical error, bab8 reserves the right to void that bet. If evidence of manipulation is found in any match or event, all related bets will be voided.

5.3 Software and Technical Errors

bab8 is not liable for any loss caused by technical issues, network interruptions or server downtime. We reserve the right to correct any errors found in the system, and any winnings obtained by exploiting such errors may be forfeited.

6 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the bab8.cam website — including logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software and designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of bab8. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use of this content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Content from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe and others) remains the property of those respective providers and is governed by their own terms and conditions.

7 Privacy and Data Protection

• Disruption or data loss caused by network or server issues.
• Loss caused by unauthorised third-party access.
• Loss arising from your own negligence or breach of these Terms.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by bab8

bab8 may suspend or permanently close your account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If evidence of fraud, deception or illegal activity is found.
• If identity verification fails or false information has been provided.
• Due to instructions from legal or regulatory authorities.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any eligible balance may be withdrawn subject to verification before the account is closed. Self-exclusion and account break options are also available as part of responsible gaming.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and bab8 and supersede all prior oral or written agreements.

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and that version is the original and governing version of this agreement.
